Gooseberry Falls

Ingredients

• 2 oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon
• 2 strawberries
• 1/2 oz ginger syrup
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
• 3 oz of soda water
• strawberry slice for garnish

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker and muddle together
2. Add ice and shake
3. Add soda into cocktail shaker and pour everything into a tall glass
4. Garnish with strawberry slice
