Douglas and Todd The Root Cellar


  • 2 oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz ginger syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • apple slices for garnish


  1. Vigorously shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Pour everything including ice into a lowball glass
  3. Add apple slice to garnish
