Ingredients
- 2 oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon
- 1 oz ripe peach puree
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Peach Bitters
- 2 oz dry Sparkling Wine
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- Add bourbon, peach puree, simple syrup, and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and then add sparkling wine to shaker
- Strain into a cocktail glass or flute
- Garnish with lemon twist
