Douglas and Todd Snow Birds


  • 2 oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon
  • 1 oz ripe peach puree
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Peach Bitters
  • 2 oz dry Sparkling Wine
  • Lemon twist for garnish


  1. Add bourbon, peach puree, simple syrup, and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and then add sparkling wine to shaker
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass or flute
  3. Garnish with lemon twist
