Douglas and Todd Northern Lights Toddy

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon infused black tea
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup
  • 2 lemon peels
  • 4 oz hot water

Instructions

  1. Put one tea bag in 4oz of bourbon and let steep for 10 minutes (enough for 2 servings)
  2. Add 1/2oz of honey, 2oz of the tea infused bourbon and 2 lemon peels to mug
  3. Add 4 oz hot water and stir till combined
