Bitter Cold

Douglas and Todd Bitter Cold


  • 1.5 oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon
  • 1 oz coffee infused amaro
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 dash Bittercube Corazón bitters
  • orange peel or lemon peel


  1. Add 1 tablespoon of fresh ground coffee to 4 oz of Amaro (makes 4 servings)
  2. Let it steep for at least 2 hours, then fine strain
  3. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir
  4. Strain and pour over fresh ice
  5. Garnish with a lemon or orange peel
